No. The factory puts about 90% of it together, and the crate reaches you sealed exactly as it reaches us. That leaves you the front wheel, the handlebars, a few bolts and the fluids. You text or email us a short video. If a part came through defective we take the claim to the factory for you and get the correct part sent out free. We are not the warranty company, we are the people who chase the factory so you never have to.

Use the governor screw on the carb to cap the speed for your kid's level. Start slow, build confidence, open it up a turn at a time. You decide how fast it goes, not the bike.
